We need help at the up-coming Lighten Up Party and there are roles to fill during the year too.

Lighten Up Party 2026

St Mary’s Thame
Saturday 31st October
5pm-6.30pm

There are many varied roles to fill – for people of all ages (over 12).

Here are just a few: Craft/Reflective Zone helper, General help during the party, Parent Networking/stewarding, Refreshments, Registration, Running Games, Set-up/down team, Tech Team.

Roles during the year

We rely on volunteers to keep the wheels turning all through the year and to help prepare for events.
If you can offer any help with any of the above activities, we would love you to join the team. Please get drop us a line (hello@impactthame.org.uk) with a few words about your interest and availability and we’ll get back to you.

Administration team: Various admin jobs need to be done throughout the year including managing children’s bookings and team clearances. Small or large roles are available depending on your availability.

Finance: We are looking for someone to take on the role of treasurer.

General helping to prepare for an event: Various help needed (eg craft preparation/buying).

Website & social media to ensure that children and families hear about the great events we run through the year.
